You may cancel your order at any time up until the point of shipping to receive a full refund.
Cooling Off Period
We have a 14 day returns policy. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
To organise the return of your product, please contact us at info@boxmaster.com.au or by telephone on 0451 108 549. We will arrange return shipping using the approved freight company. Please note return shipping comes at the cost of the customer with the exception of faulty products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether there has been approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged. Boxmaster and Fightmaster Product Warranty’s cover your machine from the time of purchase until the 2-year expiry. Please send your purchase invoice along with a detailed description of the damaged/defective part to info@boxmaster.com.au for further assistance. If you require spare parts or maintenance of your machine outside of this warranty period do not hesitate to contact us for further advice.
Please note: depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@boxmaster-combat.com
